You can find support workers in two ways;

• Here is a link to the job platform (post a job here) Create a automatic form to ask clients for their supports needs and what time of support worker they seek if any preference.

• Using the ‘Search’ function to find support workers in your area (create a search engine for clients to search for support workers)

Once you have posted a job on the job board, approved support workers may start messaging you expressing their interest. This is a great opportunity to review the workers profile and ask any questions about the workers experience or availability. As workers have taken the time to respond to your job posting, please ensure you are replying to all messages even if you have found a suitable worker. We encourage all users to keep the communication channels open so that no one is forever awaiting a response.

If posting a job is not for you, check out the ‘search’ function located at the top of your screen. This function will display support worker profiles in your area. You can also add filters to your search such as:

• gender
• age
• specialised supports

Once you have reviewed a few profiles, start to message workers to see if they are available for bookings.
Before making any bookings, you have the option to set up a meet and greet with any new support workers you are wanting to connect with. This is a 15 minute, free of charge, meeting to get to know each other before you start working together.

To ensure that all invoices and your support workers’ pay is on time, all shifts need to be submitted and approved by midnight every Sunday night.
Yes, Youprosper is compatible with most forms of funding. For people who don’t receive funding through the NDIS, this could include:

• Self-funding through personal income
• State-based funding (Community Participation funding)
• Other insurance-based funding
Youprosper can be accessed by anyone with disability to search for, connect with, hire and manage their own home care and support workers.

The Youprosper platform has all the tools that people need to find the right support workers who also share their interests.

We deliver choice and control by staying out of the way and letting our users search our community of support workers based on things that are important to them.

Youprosper understands that our model may not be the right fit for every person seeking support and we are committed to having honest and fair conversations with all users about Youprosper’s capacity to meet their support requirements.
Absolutely. We don’t ask for commitments or require you to sign exclusive contracts. There are no upfront-fees, obligations or lock-in terms. You can use Youprosper to organise as few or as many hours of support as you need, and we only charge you for the hours you choose to process through our platform. Youprosper can be your go-to solution, or a back-up for when your usual support is unavailable. This applies to both people seeking support and our support workers.

It’s important to note that only shifts that are booked and paid for through the Youprosper platform are covered by our comprehensive insurance, safety procedures and payroll, invoicing and tax services.
Yes! If you have a worker that you would like to continue working with, all you need to do is register on the Youprosper platform. You will need to get your support worker to do the same. Your support worker will need to go through the application process and have our applications team verify their pre-employment checks. Once you are both set up and have had your profile approved, you’ll be able to search for each other and start booking shifts through the Youprosper platform.
