Once you have posted a job on the job board, approved support workers may start messaging you expressing their interest. This is a great opportunity to review the workers profile and ask any questions about the workers experience or availability. As workers have taken the time to respond to your job posting, please ensure you are replying to all messages even if you have found a suitable worker. We encourage all users to keep the communication channels open so that no one is forever awaiting a response.
If posting a job is not for you, check out the ‘search’ function located at the top of your screen. This function will display support worker profiles in your area. You can also add filters to your search such as:

Once you have reviewed a few profiles, start to message workers to see if they are available for bookings.
Before making any bookings, you have the option to set up a meet and greet with any new support workers you are wanting to connect with. This is a 15 minute, free of charge, meeting to get to know each other before you start working together.
To ensure that all invoices and your support workers’ pay is on time, all shifts need to be submitted and approved by midnight every Sunday night.
